As we are located in Canberra, ACT, regular parcel post to ACT + NSW can take 1-3 business days. The greater region of Australia & rural areas can take 3-7 business days.
We use Australia Post as our main carrier within Australia. Once orders leave the country, we have no control of timeframes. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

1. What shipping carrier do you use?
Orders are dispatched using Australia Post. For spray paint orders within Canberra, ACT, we personally deliver or you can pick up in store. For any other arrangements in regards to obtaining spray paint for interstate customers please consult Pack 'n' Send.
2. How do I know my order is shipped?
Your orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days (except during Christmas periods). You will receive an email notification from Sancho's Dirty Laundry when your order is shipped.
3. Will my order incur customs charges?
Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Sancho's Dirty Laundry do not have any control, nor is responsible for this as it is based on your own countries regulations.
4. What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
First up, contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote the tracking number that was forwarded in your shipping confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, holla at Sancho's Dirty Laundry customer service department as soon as possible, by email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then contact the carrier to initiate an enquiry. Enquiries may take some time but we will aim to resolve all delivery problems within two weeks from the day of the complaint.
5. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Because of the collectable nature of some of our products, general rule of thumb is that we do not accept refunds or exchanges, so please review your purchase carefully before proceeding.
However, we do realise sometimes there are factors beyond every individual's control which may lead to you receiving a below par product.
Do not hesitate to flick us an email with your claim at email@example.com and we'll assess refund / exchange eligibility on a case by case basis.
6. What happens if I'm missing an item in my order?
Orders are sometimes packaged in multiple boxes and satchels because they may not just fit in one, or to obtain the lowest shipping rate. Please allow sufficient delivery time. If you still have not received your item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send the replacement straight away.
7. What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out. We will also arrange for reimbursement for return postage of the incorrect item.
8. Do you do pick-up of spray paint in store?
Yes, we sure do. Please proceed as you would with an online order, and there will be an option for 'Pick Up In Store' as a shipping method when you go to checkout.
9. Can you ship to a PO BOX address?
Yes, to ensure goods arrive to you as promised, please provide clear details at the time of placing your order.
